First trip to Savannah. Amazing. By far, one of my favorite cities EVER. So gorgeous. Perfect couple. Perfect day. Love.

When Arielle and Joe asked for more portraits of themselves, we knew they were having as much fun as we were. Two days before the wedding, a car crashed into their ceremony location at the Gerald R. Ford Birthsite and Gardens. This could not stop Arielle and Joe from having a great time on a beautiful day in several amazing locations starting with the first moment on the balcony roof of the downtown Residence Inn (shown above). The outdoor ceremony had excellent light and atmosphere, the portraits in Hanscom Park... Read The Rest →
It was really important to Kayla and Paul to have natural outdoor pictures for their engagement session, we thought this setting was a perfect fit with their personality.
I was going the through the archives and found the first wedding I worked on with Iwen Exposures. It was a fun day. It’s continued to be a fun ride. –DAN

It just kept getting better and better. Awesome day with amazing people. The... Read The Rest →

We had the benefit of getting to shoot at great locations throughout their wedding day- from the rustic charm of a historic dairy farm to the art deco grandeur of the Paxton Ballroom.

We hired finishing carpenter Dan Godsey to construct our custom booth; the bar was made of reclaimed birch and vintage tin ceiling panels. The idea behind the booth was to mimic the design and character of our Midtown Omaha studio.
Way cool couple, historic architecture, one-of-a-kind DIY details mixed with a glorious display of vintage goodness. Sarah and Patrick were perfectly at home with each other on their wedding day, graciously allowing us all the time we needed to create images that told stories about their amazing day. The historic architecture of the Joslyn Castle was the perfect compliment to their well thought out vintage theme. Each room in that venue has a unique story- with gorgeous natural light and period details. The bride and groom felt natural and at... Read The Rest →
